Regolamento della casa

Benvenuti. La casa è tutta vostra per la durata del soggiorno. Poche regole, di buon senso, per viverla bene e rispettare chi abita accanto.

Arrivo e partenza

Check-in dalle 14:00 alle 20:00. Altri orari sono possibili avvisandoci prima.
Check-out entro le 11:00. Le chiavi si riconsegnano di persona o come concordato.
All'arrivo vi consegniamo le chiavi e vi mostriamo la casa. Scriveteci il giorno stesso per fissare l'ora.

Registrazione degli ospiti

Per legge (art. 109 TULPS) ogni ospite, minori compresi, presenta un documento d'identità valido all'arrivo. I dati vengono comunicati alla Questura e alla Regione Sardegna entro 24 ore e non sono conservati oltre il necessario.
Possono pernottare solo le persone indicate nella prenotazione e registrate.

Colazione

La colazione è inclusa. Concordiamo insieme l'orario, anche anticipato per chi parte presto.

Vivere la casa

Non si fuma all'interno. All'esterno sì, senza lasciare mozziconi.
Niente feste ed eventi: è una casa in un paese e i vicini dormono. Dalle 22:00 alle 8:00 tenete basso il volume.
Massimo 3 ospiti. Bambini benvenuti. Animali solo su richiesta e con accordo preventivo.
Uscendo, chiudete finestre e porta d'ingresso e spegnete luci e climatizzatori.
La cucina è a vostra disposizione: lasciatela in ordine, mai fornelli accesi senza sorveglianza.
I rifiuti si differenziano seguendo le indicazioni in cucina.
Le biciclette si custodiscono dentro casa, nello spazio indicato.
La terrazza al piano superiore non è rifinita: salite con attenzione, i bambini solo accompagnati.

Danni e addebiti

Speriamo di non doverli mai applicare. Per chiarezza, questi sono gli importi:

Fumo all'interno: 100 euro per la sanificazione.
Chiavi smarrite: 50 euro; se occorre cambiare la serratura, il costo effettivo.
Check-out oltre le 11:00 non concordato: 20 euro per ogni ora iniziata; dopo le 14:00 una notte intera.
Casa lasciata in condizioni che richiedono una pulizia straordinaria: 50 euro.
Animali non concordati: 50 euro di pulizia.
Danni a mobili, impianti, biancheria o attrezzature: costo di riparazione o sostituzione, documentato. Un danno accidentale segnalato subito si risolve sempre con un accordo.
Feste, ospiti non registrati o disturbo ripetuto ai vicini: interruzione del soggiorno senza rimborso delle notti non godute.

Gli addebiti si regolano al check-out. Per le prenotazioni Booking e Airbnb valgono le procedure di segnalazione danni delle piattaforme. Non rispondiamo di oggetti di valore lasciati in casa o in auto. Il parcheggio è libero e pubblico, sul Corso davanti a casa.

Welcome. The whole house is yours for the length of your stay. A few common-sense rules, to enjoy it and respect the people living next door.

Arrival and departure

Check-in from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Other times are possible if you let us know in advance.
Check-out by 11:00 am. Keys are returned in person or as agreed.
On arrival we hand over the keys and show you around. Message us on the day to fix the time.

Guest registration

Italian law (art. 109 TULPS) requires every guest, children included, to show a valid ID document on arrival. Details are sent to the Police and to the Region of Sardinia within 24 hours and are not kept longer than necessary.
Only the people named in the booking and registered may stay overnight.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included. We agree the time together, early if you leave early.

Living in the house

No smoking indoors. Outside is fine, please do not leave cigarette ends.
No parties or events: this is a house in a village and the neighbours sleep. From 10:00 pm to 8:00 am keep the noise down.
Maximum 3 guests. Children welcome. Pets only on request and by prior agreement.
When you go out, close windows and front door and switch off lights and air conditioning.
The kitchen is yours to use: leave it tidy, never leave the hob on unattended.
Waste is sorted for recycling following the instructions in the kitchen.
Bicycles are stored inside the house, in the space we show you.
The roof terrace upstairs is unfinished: go up with care, children only if accompanied.

Damage and charges

We hope never to apply them. For clarity, these are the amounts:

Smoking indoors: 100 euro for sanitising.
Lost keys: 50 euro; if the lock has to be changed, the actual cost.
Check-out after 11:00 am without agreement: 20 euro per hour or part of it; after 2:00 pm a full night.
House left in a state requiring extra cleaning: 50 euro.
Pets not agreed in advance: 50 euro cleaning fee.
Damage to furniture, fittings, linen or equipment: documented cost of repair or replacement. Accidental damage reported straight away is always settled by agreement.
Parties, unregistered guests or repeated disturbance of the neighbours: the stay ends with no refund of the remaining nights.

Charges are settled at check-out. For Booking and Airbnb reservations the platforms' damage procedures apply. We are not responsible for valuables left in the house or in cars. Parking is free and public, on the Corso in front of the house.
